Ready to ship items are shipped within 3 business days, and all other pieces after a 1-3 week production time. All Cherry Dear orders are shipped from our studio in Zagreb, Croatia.
STANDARD SHIPPING – we ship items with HP (Hrvatska Pošta)
Europe- app. 1 week (8 EUR)
United States- 1-2 weeks (15 EUR)
Rest of the world- 1-4 weeks (15 EUR)
Croatia- 1-2 days (free)
Please note, these are only shipping estimates, as standard shipping is not a service with a guaranteed delivery timeframe.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Orders shipped to EU countries are free from any import duties or taxes.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If for any reason, you wish to return your item, please contact us with your order number and you will receive a return address. Items must be returned within 2 weeks from delivery date. Once the items are returned to us in their original condition (including packaging), you will receive a refund. Please note, an item can only be returned if in its original, unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged condition. Sender is responsible for shipping costs.
Please follow these steps when returning/exchanging an order:
1. Send an e-mail to hello@cherrydear.com
2. Make sure that the jewellery is packed neatly in their original jewellery boxes
3. Please, make sure to state the package as a “RETURN” with value 0 on the outside of the package
4. Return your order to the following address: RADNA SOBA, obrt za izradu nakita i trgovinu/ Prilaz Gjure Deželića 36, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia
Please note, some items are not eligible for return, such as items customized or made to order at a specific size. They are considered final sale, unless defected. Products on sale, as well as other items purchased with a discount are also considered final sale.
Please check your size carefully before ordering. Each ring is made to order so we are able to offer a wide variety of sizes. Unfortunately, for this same reason, we can’t accept exchanges/refunds for ordering the wrong size. Please, refer to our ring size chart. If you are unsure of your ring size, you can get your fingers sized at most local jewelry stores.
